[OpenAFS] Problem with starting back up

Hello everybody,

This morning I mailed about a problem about not getting my second server up and running. Well it has worked.The problem now is that it isn't working anymore since did a reboot.
This is what I did.

 1. I did a clean shutdown with the bos shutdwon command of both servers
 2. Then I did a reboot of both servers
 3. First I started the SCM up with the bosserver command
 4. Then I did the same with the second server, but it keeps giving me warnings

FSYNC_clientInit temporary failure (will retry): Connection Refused

And it keeps saying this.

Can someone help me?
