[OpenAFS] erasing a previous version

There is on /etc/init.d/afs in the 1.4 RPMS.  The initscript
changed to:

  /etc/init.d/openafs-client
and
  /etc/init.d/openafs-server

The kernel module was also moved to /lib/modules/`uname -r`/...
based on the proper kernel name/version.
