Check the ntp logs and ntp.conf for real ntp servers.
Here we had 3 machines running off the local clock by accident causing a
similar problem.

Subject: [OpenAFS] Loss of tokens - question

Hi!

I experience some strange loss of tokens here.
Setup:
3 fileservers, 2 database servers, 1 krb5 server, 2 servers on 1.4.0RC4,
one on 1.4.0.
Client is 1.4.0, all debian.
I obtain a krb5 ticket and aklog a token.
Token lifetime is 24h. Now I copy some files of 1 GB to one of the
fileserver and suddenly I lost the token. It's gone. Just the ticket is
still OK.

I controlled the clocks, all are running with ntp, and all 4 (3 =
fileserver 1
client) clocks are nealy in sync (as fast as I could control with dat =
via
ssh, they are in sync).
As I know if a server is out of sync it could result in loss of token.

But what else can kill my token?
