[OpenAFS] Fedora Core 4 x86_64 binary rpm.

I didn't even know there WERE x86_64 packages that went with the
RCs.  At least, I didn't see anything at www.openafs.org.

There were some early RC RPMs built by others that I think included
x86_64.  Multiple parties did "test" RPMs.
