[OpenAFS] Building OpenAFS on MacOSX

Make sure you have the latest developer tools installed, and check
macosxhints.com or a similar site for possible issues depending on your
version of macosx.  I know tiger systems (10.4.x) seem to have a bug in
the system poll function. Affects glib-2.x at least.
