1.4RC1 has been in Breezy for quite some time, and I guess that will be
what is in Breezy when it is released in a few days. I can't see much of
a point of upgrading to a later RC this late. 

I will eventually make Breezy packages for i386 and amd64 for 1.4.X
available, depending on our needs, and how fast Russ releases them for
Debian.
