[OpenAFS] AFS on Ubuntu 5.04: anyone?

Yeah, sorry, this is a bug in the 1.4.0-rc1 packages that's fixed in the
1.4.0-rc4 packages.  I originally picked a stupid way of checking the
cache partition, doing it in the init script instead of in afsd where it
belonged.
