[OpenAFS] Windows afs icon and start menu

If the lock icon for afs client is not visible in the system tray (either
hidden or removed)
Start->all programs->openafs->client->authentication seems not to work. I.e.
the AFS client window doesn't pop up as expected.
What appears to be happening is that Start->all
programs->openafs->client->authentication inserts the icon in the system
tray which may not be noticed by the casual user who would assume that the
afs client has malfunctioned.
If possible, when Start->all programs->openafs->client->authentication is
used, the AFS client window pops up and also refreshes the icon.
