Just to see how afsd would react, I tried a reiserfs as cache. I got: afsd: WARNING: Cache dir check failed (cannot use reiserfs as cache partiti= on) Just a warning. And then it continues happily, until it decides the cache has somehow exceeded the partitions size. Wouldn't it be better if afsd would just not start when there is a reiserfs partition as cache?
