[OpenAFS] isnmod: libafs..... will taint the kernel: no license

hello all,

Still trying to get OpnAFS to work on OpenSSI.

I seem to be able to compile OpenAFS-1.2.13 (with a bunch of warnings)
and build the rpms so I can install the client.

When I use insmode to load the libafs module I get:
insmod libafs-2.4.22-1.2199.nptl_ssi_9smp-i386.mp.o
Warning: loading libafs-2.4.22-1.2199.nptl_ssi_9smp-i386.mp.o will taint
the kernel: no license

also insmod doesn't return and seems to "freeze"

any ideas ?
