[OpenAFS] Trouble compiling 1.4rc4 SRPM

both of these should work just fine.  Although I believe I only used 
WS, not AS.
Is there really a big difference between them?

Install the glibc-devel package?

Honestly I should probably just remove this check because I don't think 
anything
actually USES res_search...
