[OpenAFS] LDAP authentication

Hi!

I just started reading on OpenAFS documentations, my first 
important thing I noticed is that OpenAFS require separate 
authentication using Kerberos. Is there any way the 
authentication can be done from a LDAP system, maybe some kind 
of LDAP to Kerberos gateway?

We are in the process of unifying Linux and Windows network 
login under LDAP. The last thing people here currently want is 
having two separate login system.
