You need 1.4rc4-1 for 2.6.13.  It was supposed to already be uploaded, but
it didn't go through; I'm going to check on that.  In the meantime, you
can get the packages from:

    deb http://archives.eyrie.org/debian unstable main

but they'll be in Debian unstable shortly.
