[OpenAFS] backup command crashes on amd64_linux26, passing integer 0 instead of NULL pointer

The lack of prototypes in the AFS source code strikes again?

At one point last year I started trying to go through and add prototypes, 
would there be an interest in patches that add prototypes and/or header 
files where necessary?
