[OpenAFS] OpenAFS 1.4.1 on XP SP2: Delay Write Failed

Filemon is installed with 1.5.5 debug but it doesn't see the afs =
volumes.
Any clues?

The only versions I care about fixing are 1.4.2 Beta 3 and 1.5.5.
If you have a bug in either of those versions you should report
them to openafs-bugs@openafs.org.

The OpenAFS for Windows Release Notes have a section on debugging
using the SysInternal's FileMon and DbgView tools.  If you can
capture the described output using those tools while reproducing
the bug, I should be able to fix it in the next release.
