[OpenAFS] Solaris 10 11/06 afs 1.4.2 pam module panic.

Kris,
We've been seeing this same wonkiness with 11/06 as well. We're
using a locally built openssh4.1 with GSSAPI & AFS tkt-getting stuff,
and it's bombing our test sparc system in a similar way.
