[OpenAFS] installing OpenAFS-client on Ubuntu

Ah!  Yes, if module-assistant is trying to use gcc-3.4, that probably
means that your kernel was built with gcc-3.4.  You have to build OpenAFS
with the same compiler that your kernel was built with.
