[OpenAFS] New release of AFS::Monitor Perl module

I am pleased to announce the AFS::Monitor Perl module 0.3.0.

AFS::Monitor is a dynamically loadable extension to Perl.
It gives the AFS user and administrator access to most of the
AFS monitoring and debugging functions, allowing you to make these calls
directly from Perl, rather than processing the output of a command.

This new version now also works with OpenAFS 1.4

Other visible changes:
- counters new to OpenAFS 1.4 are available with xstat_fs_test
- now also works on Mac OS 10.4 "Tiger" and Solaris 10


For the different mixtures of operating systems, Perl versions
and OpenAFS versions I have tested it on, please see
AFS-Monitor-0.3.0/pod/Monitor.pod included in this package.
