[OpenAFS] convertROtoRW safe on inode?

Yes, this is true (as Russ already mentioned).  If you try using it on
an inode fileserver, it will just return an error, so it's safe to
try it out.

Basically ... a bunch of internal things inside of a volume need to
be mucked with to make convertROtoRW work.  That code was written for
namei fileservers ... it has not been written for inode fileservers.
