[OpenAFS] debian packages & backports

I'm committed to supporting the backports.org version.  Andres Solomon, I
think, was the person who did the last build, and I've been meaning to ask
him whether he wants to do the next build as well or whether he'd rather
that I maintain the backport since I'm willing to do so.
