[OpenAFS] PAM and aklog revisit

There will definitely be an official pam_aklog module of some kind.  The
question is when we'll get around to doing it.  Unfortunately, most of the
people who do AFS development are pretty busy right now with one thing or
another.

In the meantime, I recommend looking at pam_afs2, which is what I plan to
look at for Debian when I get a chance.
