[OpenAFS] pam worries debian etch and KDE 3.5.x

libpam-openafs-session relies on aklog -setpag and won't work with OpenAFS
1.4.2.  I'm going to be uploading a new version of it shortly (just as
soon as it's imported into the revision control repository we use).  In
the meantime, you can build:

    <http://www.eyrie.org/~eagle/software/pam-afs-session/>

which will eventually replace it but which is still being developed.
