[OpenAFS] OpenAFS1.4.2fc4 and Mac OS X 10.4.8

In my experience OpenAFS 1.4.2fc4 on Mac OS X 10.4.8 works very well  
with Kerberos-based cells (aklog).
Conversely, I get the same error with cells based on internal  
authentication (klog).
