[OpenAFS] having issues after changing IP Scope

Well, for starters, what's IPScope? I assume this is something from some 
particular vendor? Does it have references to the wrong fileserver (which 
exists and has its own volumes) or can you simply use changeaddr to fix 
your problem?

why do you need to clean it out first?
