[OpenAFS] Guide to tweaking fileserver parameters?

More information about those parameters can be found - as always - in
the manual:

But it would be great to know wich parameters influence performance in
which way. Perhaps some uptodate examples would be great too.

(Something like: "If you have x clients accessing a fileserver, you
should set parameter y to x*30")
