[OpenAFS] OpenAFS 1.4.x on SuSE 10.1 and rlim error

In my previous attempt where I didn't specify where to find the kernel=20
headers, my src/config/Makefile.config has
	LINUX_KERNEL_PATH =3D /lib/modules/2.6.16.13-4-default/build

Now with the switch that file has
	LINUX_KERNEL_PATH =3D /usr/src/linux
