[OpenAFS] OAFS 1.4.2fc4 Solaris8 Problems salvaging volumes

I've been moving volumes around upgrading my fileservers to 1.4.2fc4  
and have run across some volumes that won't move.

Here is the output from the salvager logs from the two volumes

I'm running OAFS 1.4.2fc4 built with ./configure --enable-largefile- 
fileserver --enable-namei-fileserver --enable-transarc-paths --enable- 
supergroups

Any one have the time or interest it trying to figure out what's  
wrong and fixing the salvager?  In this case the solution isn't time  
critical so I can afford to spend some time debugging the problem.
