[OpenAFS] Maximum # of users

By automatically created, I meant that there are currently 23 users in that
group that have been automagically created with the aklog cross cell prdb reg
since that group was initially created.

23 > 7, which according to what Jeffrey said, I should have never have been
able to get > 7 members in that group.
