Hmmm: [OpenAFS] Could not start transaction

When I authenticate with klog as admin and have a token

/usr/sbin/vos dump -id 536872008 -f /data/afs-dump/test.tst -server
afs-1 -partition /vicepa -cell csc.depauw.edu

just works.

if I want to run the command as root with -localauth :

/usr/sbin/vos dump -id 536872008 -f /data/afs-dump/test.tst -server
afs-1 -partition /vicepa -cell csc.depauw.edu -localauth

it doesn't work.

My UserList file looks like:

root
admin

I am using this kernel module btw:
openafs-kernel-1.4.4-2.6.18_1.2798.fc6_2.i686.rpm
