[OpenAFS] Fwd: AFS crash

One of my co-worker's Linux workstation was getting repeated crashes with
the following consistent information, under both OpenAFS 1.4.2 and OpenAFS
1.4.4.  I've since rebuilt the system from scratch on Debian etch and it
appears to no longer be having this problem.  Forwarding this along in
case it helps find a bug.

The problem happened reliably when running a process that downloads mail
from the mail servers and writes it into a file in AFS.
