[OpenAFS] windows explore refresh

What is the built in algorithm for client refreshing?
Seems like a file save, close, etc, should trigger a flush?

went back to windows explore. created new directory. refresh was
automatic.
This fixes the issue. So, how frequently do we do an fs flush?
