[OpenAFS] Linux PPC: aklog crashes with LWP

likely the case.  we had a similar problem with fedora core on ppc.
looks like something has changed in glibc's handling of longjmp/setjmp
on the ppc.  i wrote a sample test program to try ucontext that we could
perhaps use as a configure based test.
