[OpenAFS] 1.4.4 panic: !setLocks || slowPass

I just upgraded to 1.4.4 to fix some client crashes I was having with 1.4.2
but it looks like I am still having problems:

# there are lots of these cache partition full messages, then the oops

I have omitted the traceback because ksymoops is having problems with it.

My cacheinfo file:

The filesystem info:

Any ideas what this might be?  A corrupt cache perhaps?
