[OpenAFS] get-time errors from working afs server

Folks,

I have a specific client workstation that refuses to talk to an AFS server (or
vice versa). Of course its the server that contains the user's home
directory that normally uses this workstation. Other identical clients
are able to work with this server and the server appears to be working
normally. The workstations are RHEL 5 with OpenAFS 1.4.4 and kernel
2.6.18-53.1.4.el5.

# ls /afs/unity/users/j/jaklein
ls: /afs/unity/users/j/jaklein: Connection timed out

# fs checkservers
These servers unavailable due to network or server problems: <server>

Using tcpdump it appears that this client is not getting a reply to the
get-time rx request to the server in question. Of course, all my other
clients are. I've posted some tcpdumps here:

    http://anduril.unity.ncsu.edu/~slack/afs-get-time.txt

Can anyone shed some light on what's happening here?
