[OpenAFS] File missing while installing on AIX

Hi,

I observe that the /etc/rc.afs file points to the files:

/etc/inetd.afs /etc/inetd.conf.afs
But, these files are missing in the zip file. Are  these to be generated by
us?
Please advice me.
