[OpenAFS] AFSTokens Mac GUI 1.0 released

Announcing version 1.0 of the AFS Tokens gui for Macintosh.

The released binary is a Universal Binary compiled under Tiger.

Changes:
*Added a preferences dialog for choosing between kaserver/kerberos 5 login,
deleting kerberos tickets when destroying tokens, and always prompting for the
kerberos password
*Implemented latter two of the above features
*Reworked the Get Tokens dialog to incorporate kaserver/kerberos 5 w/o
confusion for the end user
*Can now aklog to cells other than ThisCell
*PTS operations now work in cells other than ThisCell
*Fixed some crashes and bugs w.r.t. kerberos realm caching and empty cell
selections
