[OpenAFS] OpenAFS on Vista; Account Manager

hello all,

I have OpenAFS working on Vistax64 now.

I used the "Account Manager" tool in the past,  but when I start it now 
it says:

"The AFS Account Manager was unable to find the TaAfsAdmSvr.exe program 
or was unable to prepare your computer for AFS administration"
Error: unknown code f191

I had that a while ago when i installed it on an (regular) XP machine too.

The "Server Manager" seems to just work.
