[OpenAFS] Some restoration advice

Ok
Got it figured out .. did a syncvldb for the lost vols that I had not 
yet restored .. vos removed the RW vols on the flaky server that I had 
restored and that were showing up twice. Then  vos convertROtoRW  the RO 
vols then addsite and release.
The convertROtoRW command is a god send.
