There don't appear to be any 64 bit packages or srpms for fc7 at this time. I was able to use the fc6 srpm on 64bit fc7, so if you don't want to wait, you can use that. if you want the package versions to come out the same as the official packages, you will want to add --define 'osvers fc7' to your rpmbuild command line.
