[OpenAFS] Running out of vnodes

I'm also seeing problems with running out of vnodes with 1.4.3 (in  
our case, this is rc2, but the problem seems identical to that  
earlier reported with rc3). This is on FC6 with a 2.6.19 SMP kernel.  
afsd is configured with -stat 3600

Again, the problem seems to be trigged by a beagle indexing run over  
a homedirectory in AFS.

lsof shows only 13 files open in AFS.
cmdebug localhost returns no output
cmdebug -refcounts shows 3600 cache entries with non-zero reference  
counts. All bar 4 of these are in the home or backup volumes of the  
user running beagle.

The machine is still running if there's any more information I could  
usefully collect.
