But I find the framed version so annoying that I don't use it.  Until now I
assumed the frameless version had the same content in an easier to use form,

We've been talking about the new web site forever, but nothing has changed.
Maybe we should start by getting rid of the frames, and fix the rest of it
later.  If we wait until the new web site is perfect, it will never happen.
