[OpenAFS] In the RPM spec file, what is the goal of the special fedora option?

mockbuild.pl and the mock config files are not in CVS, but everything
else including a "make an srpm" script is in src/packaging/RedHat and
up to date and correct (actually, more up to date than 1.4.6 since the
dkms support is in cvs)
