[OpenAFS] when openafs becomes a windows IFS

I am wondering when OpenAFS gets rid of the smb part, and becomes an
installable file system on windows if it will be possible to retain the
semantics of deleting a symlink -- i.e. delete the link rather than deleting
the contents the link points too.

I have a couple users who think they can clean things up and ... make a mess
by deleting too many things.
