[OpenAFS] perpetual Connection timed out

On a few of our clients (running 1.4.1), we sometimes get "Connection
timed out" with a single volume. Other volumes on the same server are
unaffected. When this happens, the client never seems to recover on its
own except through a reboot. This is unfortunately not very repeatable,
but it seems to happen occasionally when I mistakenly remove mounts and
put them back.

Is there a way for me force the client to try to connect to the server
again?
