The wrong thing happens if you don't have ThisCell, *and* you don't
have dynroot. So, no, I'd argue that
until more work is done, which, hey, go nuts if you want, the default
of not offering that option is correct.

Note that if you install the package by hand otherwise, you get a
local cell of openafs.org.
