[OpenAFS] Uninstall 1.4.11 on Leopard - afs still running, app files still there?

uninstall could try /Library/StartupItems/OpenAFS/OpenAFS stop first)

The uninstall script doesn't shut AFS down. It removes the installed
AFS. That's it.
It also doesn't remove certain directories which exist as a side
effect of the install, because it uses the "bill of materials" file to
pick what to uninstall, and, for whatever reason, those aren't in it.
