On a win 2003 server there's the following NetID Mgr 1.1.2.0 error msg box
when you click on " OpenAFS Control Panel" in NetIDMGR Configuration
AFS_CONFIG.EXE Runtime error R6034
an application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library
incorrectly.
