[OpenAFS] Read-Write Disconnected Mode - How does it work?

As far as I know, this is a fairly new feature. As for stability, I'm not
sure how you define 'stable' but seeing as how it's pretty new, I'm not sure
anyone is considering it stable. The command is 'fs discon', and I'm not
sure on the level of documentation available, but I think there is some.

The only documentation I know of (although I'm sure there is more) is called
disconnected.txt and is located within
