[OpenAFS] Automatic token renewal

I'm hoping to fix this in a future version of krenew by teaching it how
to retrieve the AFS token expiration time, although because I don't want
to link with AFS libraries, that requires additional work on my AFS
portability layer to add the additional system calls.
