[OpenAFS] NetInfo / NetRestrict on Debian

root@irit:~# vos changeaddr -oldaddr 192.168.1.2 -remove
Could not remove server 192.168.1.2 from the VLDB
VLDB: volume Id exists in the vldb

Also, i found the following post indicating that "vos changeaddr" might=
 not
be the correct solution:
